What is with this seriously crap weather??? The thing that bugs me the most is that Sydney is on average the coldest city in Australia. We've been averaging on mid 20s degrees while Melbourne and the other cities are averaging high 20s/low 30s!! (Although I must admit that Queensland is kind of on par with us). Last year, everyone tried to study in the hot and humid atmosphere so this year, they better not be complaining!!!
This might seem really surprising/not exciting at all but I got my first itouch! It's actually my brothers because he generously have me his after he bought his iphone 4s. I was actually considering getting the iphone 4s but mum kept warning me about the battery issue so three months later, I had decided to just wait-it-out for the iphone 5. But I am completely obsessed with the itouch! My brother ended up giving me two (one 8gb and the other 16gb) because the jack in the 16gb apparently didn't work sometimes so he bought the newer 8gb one from a friend... all this and I didn't even know about! So he kind of made me pay for the newer 8gb one seeing as he bought it himself, in which case I just bought a few things for him. In the end, it was silly of me to even consider having the 8gb one because when I tried to sync it I ran out of room and realised that I would have to not have half of my songs on it! So I've settled with using the 16gb one at the moment. Yes, it doesn't have a camera but at least it can fit all my songs!!!
I've spend A LOT of time looking through the apps! Yes, it is all very exciting!!! (If you have any awesome ones, let me know!) I've even downloaded one which helps me learn French!!!
Yes, French. That was also on my agenda for these holidays! I completely failed it in years 9/10 (which was totally not my fault by the way) and I had decided to dedicated some of my time to learning it. Unfortunately, this has not happened yet but I've got my "Intermediate French for Dummies" book out on my desk ready to be used!
One more thing, I am uber excited to go to the Ronan Keating concert with S.H on Thursday!!! The seats are pretty awesome and I got is cheaper off ebay which was fun. The adrenaline was pumping on high as another person TRIED to out-bid me! Thursday is of course Australia Day so the city is going to be packed with people at night which should be fun!!
And one last thing, Happy Chinese New Year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (are they making this year more important because it's the Year of the Dragon???)
