I don't know about you but lately I have realised that I've been slumping a lot. This includes when I walk, sit down, and even sleep!
I went shopping the other day and as I was walking past a store-front window, I glanced towards my reflection (as you do...) and I saw that my shoulders were slightly slumped forward. When I'm working on the computer or doing something at my desk, I purposefully examine how I am sitting. Sometimes I tend to be leaning to one side or actually bending forward to see my laptop. (However this is partly my fault because my theory is that my eyes won't get worse if I look at the screen at a further distance but only end up looking at the same distance because I bend towards it). And finally I've realised that when I sleep, my back is sometimes in an arch which is basically like slumping but sideways...
Now I want to change this habit because then as you get older, your back REALLY starts becoming slumped permanently and you'll start having all sorts of back problems. And besides it doesn't look very appealing! So I encourage you to start examining how your back is positioned and to change it if it's BAD!!!
