A very depressing end to exams which gets better

yay! year 11 exams are FINALLY over except today Lani reminded me of something very depressing:

"this maths test is the last test that doesn't count".

ahhhhh crap. this is very depressing. Next term, we have out FIRST exams which COUNT towards the HSC and therefore COUNTS towards out ATAR! Sorry to remind you of this but it's true. We actually don't have a PROPER holiday until AFTER the HSC which is in more than a years time!!!

Anyway, at least now I can go shopping. My sister is taking me to the movies tomorrow! We're either watching Salt or The Day After Tomorrow. We haven't decided yet but whichever movie it is, i'll be writing a review for it (if i can be bothered). I don't know why but I also feel like house-cleaning on my only day off :S Hmmm, maybe i'll vacuum the house or something...AND im also going to re-arrange my room. Oh crap, I have just remembered something. This means that since exams are over, I have to start helping with the dinner again. It's not that i don't like cooking but it's the fact that dad cooks dinner and he cooks dinner on the outside stove we have so it's always freezing outside and he always tells me to "get this, get that" which is very annoying because I would rather physically COOK!!

OMG. yay! Today is mum's birthday but for some reason she doesn't really want to celebrate it.. :S Hmmm, we're having trouble deciding what type of cake to get her...I don't know if we're going out for dinner though. Gabby has a university 'excursion' to Belavista so she will be coming home late-ish and my brother is complaining of a sore throat even though he had his FIRST HSC exam today for music AND he played the trumpet...

I can't wait for the holidays *sigh*. My sister is going to take me out for lunch at really nice restaurant she found on the net. YAY! and we might swing by Zumbos. mmmmmmmmm. We once bought a really nice lemon-meringey thing, a chocolate fudge-like cake and a coffee sponge-y cake-y thing. They were REALLY nice!! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmh.

Anyway, I think I better stop there.
